She was predeceased by: her parents, Garrett "Billy" Nathaniel and Ruby Jones Lasseter; her stepbrother Timothy Clark; her grandparents, Garrett Lasseter and Ila Lasseter; her stepgrandmother Corrine Lasseter; her grandparents, William Jones Sr. and Ruby Blount Jones; her aunts and uncles, Janet Johnson, Curtis Johnson, Freddie Lasseter, Ernestine Price, Bill Price, Gayle Hall, Paul Hall and William Jones Jr.; her parents-in-law, Evans Cato and Mildred Cato; and her brother-in-law Ronald "R. C." Walker.
She is survived by: her husband Evan Cato of Tallahassee; her siblings, Lisa Brady (Buddy) of Colquitt County, Kenneth Lasseter (Faye) of Thomas County and Regina Walker (Georgia) of Swainsboro; her stepsisters, Dorenda Miller (Tony) of Decatur County and Sherry Roberts (Georgia) of Swainsboro; her siblings-in-law, Stephanie Cato Ayers (Georgia) of Stone Mountain and Daniel Ayers (Georgia) of Stone Mountain; and her aunts, Gwen Beck (Billy) of Camilla and Patsy Lasseter (Georgia) of Decatur County. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and cousins.
