She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Randolph Allen; her parents, Simeon DeWitt Phillips and Juanita Barefoot Dinkins; her adoptive father Charles L. Dinkins; her grandparents, Debbie F. Phillips and Reacy Surrency Barefoot; and her siblings, Suellen Phillips, Debbie Sue Phillips and Freddie Dinkins.
She is survived by: her daughter Amanda; her son-in-law Jeff Farmer of Tallahassee; her grandchildren, Wesley, Darla and Samuel; her sister Margaret Ann; her brother-in-law Harry Stallings of Gainesville; her sister Rebecca Christopher (Becky) of Winter Haven; her sister-in-law Anna Dinkins of Lakeland; her brother John; and her siblings-in-law, Donna Phillips of St. George, GA, William F. Fletcher (Bill) and Delbert Edward (Dianne Murray) of Albany, GA.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
The inurnment was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Tallahassee National Cemetery (5015 Apalachee Pkwy, Tallahassee, FL 32311).
