He was predeceased by: his father Omer N. Rigsbsy. He is survived by: his mother Wanda Jo Braxton Rigsby; and his siblings, Richard Nelson Rigsby and Glenda Ilene Law. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews and six great-nieces and great-nephews.
