He is survived by: his children, Mikki Butler, Keith Carmichael and Derek Carmichael; his granddaughters, Emma Smith, Molly Butler and Hannah Butler; his great grandchild Avery Smith; and his sister Celia Forehand.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home (1737 Riggins Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32308).
