He was predeceased by: his wife Helen McClure; and his son Jeffrey Blair. He is survived by: his sister Mae Harkins of Charleston, WV; his daughters, Janice Lyncker of Tallahassee and Kimberly Smith of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Carrie Shortt (Jeffery) of Hickory, NC, Jeffrey, Michael Lyncker, Katie Townsend (Craig), Jared Wake (Chelsea), Olivia and Amy Smith of Knoxville; his great grandchildren, Brittney, Cameron Lyncker, Triston Watt and Maddox Townsend of Tallahassee; and his nieces, Lucy and Rhoda Oakley.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a private, graveside service will be held through Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home and will also be live streamed for the public; a Zoom memorial is planned for a later date, courtesy of the Arbor Hill Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, of which he was a member.
