It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Youngblood Britt (Tallahassee, Florida), who passed away on April 16, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Joyce Youngblood leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Joyce Youngblood may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She is survived by: her husband Shelby Britt; her daughters, Kimberly Gromatski (Eddie) and Renee Kidd (Ryan); her grandson Austin Smith; her son Michael Troy Brown; and her brothers, Ronnie Youngblood (Peggy) and Laurie Youngblood (Beverly).
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ Church (8901 Woodville Hwy, Tallahassee, FL 32305).
