It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Matthew Fischer of Tallahassee, Florida, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on August 2, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Eloise L. Broadaway Fischer. He is survived by: his children, Lynne Mulder (Gerry) of Tallahassee, Lee Ann Willock of Sarasota and J. Jeffrey Fischer (Diane) of Tampa; and his friend Elna Sapp. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
