He was predeceased by: his parents, William James and Florence Forst Humphrey; and his siblings, Anne Humphrey, Donnie and Dick Humphrey.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his sons, Kevin Humphrey (Kathleen) of Atlanta and Jason Humphrey of Tallahassee; and his granddaughters, Macey and Samantha Humphrey of Tallahassee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Children's Fund at Indian Springs Baptist Church where Joe was a member.
