He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Bell Holmes; his children, Dianna Brozyna (David), Matt Holmes (Joy), Robin Everett (Terry), Chris Holmes (Lisa) and Lisa Whitlow; his grandchildren, Christian Waugh (Jen), Adam Waugh (Jessica), Shelby Ustad (Matt), Brandon Jerkins (Erica), Rachel Felker (Nick), Ashley Whitfield (Brandon), Michael Holmes (Alicia), Chelsea Peters (Anthony), Nicholas Holmes (Emily), Gabby Holmes, Mikayla Jerkins, Charis McCall (Wesley) and Jacob Jerkins; and his brother Leon Holmes. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
