He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy B. Koons and Floyd C. Koons; his wife Barbara Koons; and his grandson-in-law Marc Rosborough. He is survived by: his daughter Delsie Koons Bell (Robert); and his grandchildren, Lisa Bell Sondesky (Chris), Robbie Bell (Joanna) and Kimberly Bell Rosborough. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
