He was predeceased by: his father Leon Miller; his wife Kay Miller; his mother Helen Schofield (Renner); his children, David Grider and Caryn Grider; his grandson Zachary Humelsine; and his siblings, Ruth Reiss, Paul Miller and Robert Miller (Bobby).
He is survived by: his children, Tim, Joy Miller of Tallahassee, FL and Timothy Grider (Marcia) of Wewahitchka, FL; his grandson Emrys Grider (Rafi); and his siblings, Herbert Miller (Judy) of Farwell, MI and Dorothy Dunkelberger of Angola, IN.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in Howard's memory to Killearn United Methodist Church, 2800 Shamrock South, Tallahassee, FL, 32309.
