He is survived by: his wife Consuelo; his daughters, Becky Rushing of Green Mountain, NC and Glenda Whitecotten (Rick) of Mount Pleasant, SC; his siblings, Randall Rushing (Lisa) of Madison, AL and Beverly Whatley of DeFuniak Springs, FL; his half-brother Jay Davis of Geneva, AL; and his grandchildren, Adam Smith, Ashley Lewis and Christie Crowell. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
