He is survived by: his wife Onez O'Neal; his children, Jim Blaisdell (Johanna), Onez, Juli Downs (Phillip) and John O'Neal; his grandchildren, Nicolas Blaisdell (David) of Lauren Combs, DVM, Slade Downs and Casey Albrizio; and his great grandchildren, Raylan Combs and Lyndon Combs.
