Though Frances Marie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Frances Marie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Curtis Carter and Susie Frances Carter; and her brothers-in-law, Jim Miller and Wayne Spooner. She is survived by: her sisters, Carolyn Ann Miller and Pauline Spooner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Immanuel Baptist Church or a charity of choice in Marie's memory.
