Frances Bell Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Bell of Tallahassee, Florida, born in Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on March 3, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Bremer Moore and Oliver Wise; her stepparents, Hubert Moore and Frances Wise Whittington; her son David Erric Bell; and her siblings, Jocelyn Wise Jordan, Brian Wise and James Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Richard William Bell (Shelly) of Tallahassee, Robert Dale Bell (Sandy) of Pace and Rebecca Leigh Adams (Bill) of Tallahassee; her brother-in-law Dr. Cesar Jordan of Puerto Rico; her grandchildren, David Bell (Kerri), Whitney Bell, Riley Bell (Jenna), Parker Bell, Taylor Bell, Tyler Bell, Tanner Bell, Brooke Adams-Williams (Kenny) and Brittany Adams (Tyler Hubbell); and her great grandchildren, Savannah Bell, Delaney Bell, Farren, Riley William Bell, Layla Goram, Piper Williams and Harley Hubbell.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to First Baptist Church and Big Bend Hospice in Susie's memory.
