It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eva B. Mannings (Tallahassee, Florida), born in Miami, Florida, who passed away on November 14, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughters, Jeanne Delores Mannings of Atlanta, GA and Jeannette Delores Mannings Sisco; her son-in-law John Sisco; and her granddaughter Jamila Sisco of Boston, MA..
