With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Emogene C Cosmato in Tallahassee, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 16, 2025 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Carringer and Eva Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Catherine Richburg (Victor). She is also survived by three grandchildren; four great grandchildren; three nieces; and three nephews.
