He was predeceased by: his parents, Inez Turner and Jessie Willard Turner; and his grandparents, Pansy, Bill Newton, Mamie and Berry Turner.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Glover of Astatula and Sandi Mills (Tommy Mills) of Tallahassee, FL; his grandchildren, Tommy, Marissa Mills and Mikhail Glover; and his siblings, Jim Turner, Sue Clark and Darlene Toler (Robbie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and many friends.
