He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Jenkins; his children, Dallis Joel Jenkins (Maria), Dennis Richard Jenkins, Teresa Taylor (John) and Debra Gable (Randy); and his siblings, John Mack Jenkins Jr., Alfred Steven Jenkins, Jay Matthew Jenkins, Samuel Archer, Timothy Archer, Mike Archer, Allie Jean Lavalle, Sheila Blue, Marilyn Green and Pam Archer. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
His commitment to his work was unwavering, and his contributions to the community were immeasurable.
