He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucious Allen and Mildred Inez Hardwick Allen; and his siblings, Frances Tew and Leroy Allen. He is survived by: his wife Jennie Norris Allen; his daughters, Malinda Allen, Cynthia Allen and Donna Moore (Darrell); his grandsons, Steven McCray Bryan (Haley Barber) and Dylan Allen; and his siblings, Harley Allen, Thelma Creamer, Allene Kent and Johnny Allen (Roxie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In keeping with ongoing Covid-19 guidelines, social distancing and face masks will be required.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Generations Church.
