Carol Lou Phillips Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Lou Phillips (Tallahassee, Florida), who passed away on April 15, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Harley Bakwel "H. B." Sherman and Helene Young Ruth Sherman; her sister Pat; and her husband Gerald Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Fitzgerald (Casey), Sandra Screws (Bruce), Michael Phillips (Joan) and Rebecca Colon; her grandsons, Bruce, Jr. (Allison) and Trevor Screws (Bonnie); her children, Brian, Jr. (Melissa), Sean Fitzgerald (Emily), Preston (Isabelle), Cameron and Josie Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Jane, Anna Screws, Evelyn and Brian Fitzgerald III.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (110 N Adams St, Tallahassee, FL 32301).
