He was predeceased by: his siblings, Salo Linder, Felix Linder and Ann Cordon. He is survived by: his wife Cecelia Fahn Linder; and his children, Bill, Diane, Richard, Nancy and Carolyn. He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
