He is survived by: his daughter Amrita; his niece Jayati (Singh); his siblings, Manju, Chhobi and Sanjib; and his nieces and nephews, Mithu, Bultu, Ruma, Shukla, Lopa, Buri, Tuktuk, Sujata, Dhrubo, Anondo, Madhu, Chhotu, Tata, Partha, Joey, Ranju, Gabla and Abhro.
