She was predeceased by: her parents, T. M. Blackburn and Henrietta Blackburn; her great grandchild Kaitlyn Lee; and her siblings, Mildred Outlaw, Wylene Taylor, Lila Carr, Ina Merritt, Agnes McClendon and J. E. Blackburn.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas (Vivian), Sherri of Tallahassee, FL and Stanley (Carol) of Wauchula, FL; and her grandchildren, Chris Pelham, Evan Pelham, Lori Cobbs, Shelley Stanford, Lisa Lee, Becky Fones, Bryan Pelham, Michael Pelham and Danielle Smyly. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
