He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeremiah Joseph Hallinan and Agnes Rebecca Kelly Hallinan; and his daughter Susie Hallinan King. He is survived by: his children, Ruth Hallinan Block and Kevin Hallinan; his son-in-law Jim King; his grandchildren, Eric French (Chanda), Tamara French Carracino (Jason), Wesley King and Kelly King; and his great grandchildren, Kyle Carracino and Kora Carracino. He is also survived by his family, friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Saint Jude Children's Hospital, in memory of Albert Hallinan.
