He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Johnson and Wilda Bennett Buriak; and his sister Pamela Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Johnson; his daughters, Mandy Adams (Bill) of Jacksonville, FL and Tonya Andorfer (Eric) of Jacksonville, FL; his stepdaughters, Jennifer Richardson (Jim) of Pensacola, FL and Summer Michaelson (Joe) of Chesapeake, VA; his stepmother Ann Johnson of Jacksonville, FL; his brother Neil Johnson (Christie) of Switzerland, FL; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Waylon, James, Jacob, Kate, Emma and Elizabeth.
