She was predeceased by: her parents, David Cook and Irene Cook Mathieu (Revels); her siblings, Gordon, Bill Cook and Brenda Cook Tyson; and her grandson Morgan Tyre.
She is survived by: her fiancé Jon Farmer; her children, Kane Hendry and Misty Davis (Ben); her grandchildren, Landyn Hendry, Bridget Davis and Zachary Davis; her great grandchildren, Lane Eakins and Kase Gay; her sister Tammy Cook; and her aunt Jo Allie Downing. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, family and friends.
