Jenkins; his wife Louvenia Jenkins of Live Oak, FL; his children, Paul Edward Jenkins (Paula), Robert Dean Jenkins of Monroe, LA and Patty Reeves (James); and his siblings, Jack Jenkins (Dena), Ervin Jenkins (Linda) and Shirley Jenkins of Wellborn, FL. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
