He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Anzalone and Rosalia Anzalone (Cirricione); his wife Santa Anzalone (LaSpisa); his son Salvatore Anzalone; and his sister Isabella Rotolo.
He is survived by: his daughter Rosalie Brown (Vincent Brown); his grandchildren, James Salvatore LoCascio and Sabrina Elizabeth LoCascio; his stepgrandchildren, Jennifer and Joseph Brown; and his siblings, Ignazio, Fillipo, Fortunato Anzalone and Giuseppa LaSpisa.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
