He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Gladys; and his siblings, Kathy Bane and Michael Mahar. He is survived by: his grandsons, Josh, Nicholas and Michael; his sister Judith; his daughters, Rebecca Mahar-Johnson (Rusty) and Jodi Fiermonte (John); his niece Tonya; and his nephews, Patrick (Beth), Sean, Brendan and Jason.
