He is survived by: his wife Linda Ivey Penny of Sunrise, Florida; his son William "Rod" Penny; his daughter-in-law Ana Gonzalez Penny of Miami, Florida; his stepdaughter Jennifer Lannon; his son-in-law Shaun Lannon of Pembroke Pines, Florida; his grandchildren, Riley Lannon, Connor Lannon, Caitlin Lannon and Liam Penny; and his siblings, Jackie Jacoby of Florida, Mary Newlin of Florida and Penny of Texas.
Viewing was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Joseph Scarano Pines Memorial Chapel (9000 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
