He was predeceased by: his parents, Freida Minkoff and Max Minkoff; and his son-in-law Jack Freeman. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his stepchildren, Andrea Freeman, Bruce Minkoff, Gary Minkoff (Cheryl), Michael Leighton (Donna), Kathy Tuttle (Joe), Karen Cannell and Richard Leighton (Nicole); his grandchildren, Aliza, Dan (Allison), Elana, Ronnie, Corrie Minkoff, Lindsey Putney (Ryan), Mitchell, Jacob, Hannah Tuttle, Robbie Cannell, Azsa and Colby Leighton; his great grandchildren, Reese Avery Minkoff, Chase and Maeve Putney; and his sister Lorraine Spring. He is also survived by his niece and nephews.
