She is survived by: her husband Scott Cushing; her son Rudy Martinez; her daughter-in-law Sue Martinez; her daughter Michelle Corey; her son-in-law George Corey; and her stepson Mark Smades. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
