He was predeceased by: his wife Cornelia "Connie" Callaway Basileo; his parents, Pasquale "Pat" Basileo and Antonetta "Ann" Basileo; his daughter Monica Basileo; his brothers, Salvatore and Pat Basileo; his sister-in-law Audrica Basileo; his parents-in-law, Charles, Sr. and Mary Callaway; his brothers-in-law, Charles Callaway, Jr. and Lamar Vaughn; and his great-nephew Kyle Caputo.

He is survived by: his children, David Basileo, Derek Basileo (Lindsey), Alyssa Basileo and Ryan Basileo; his grandchildren, Gianna, Lia, Kiah and Evelyn Basileo; his brothers, Mike Basileo (Fran), Anthony Basileo and Joe Basileo; his sisters-in-law, Charlene C. Vaughn, Brenda D. Callaway, Nancy C. Williford (Tommy) and Becky Basileo; and also David.
