He is survived by: his wife Jena Street; his parents, Christy Rush and Pam Myer; his brothers, Brandon Myer (Angie), Travis Myer, Jason Rush and Derek Rush (Shelley); his mother-in-law Debbie Street; and his sister-in-law Ally Stewart (Marlon). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
