He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbie Vinson and Myrtle Lee Davis Vinson; his son James Adam Vinson; and his sister Ethel Tetreault. He is survived by: his wife Deborah L. Vinson; his son Robert Edward Vinson; his granddaughter Cierra Lauren Vinson; his sisters, Louise Whitehead, Linda Willingham (Ronnie Jack) and Martha Anglyn; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Jean Willingham, Rebecca Ann Turner and Gretchen Hardeman (Jack). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sand Hills Assembly of God Church.
