She was predeceased by: her father Clark; her husband Carl Jervis; and her children, Barbara Hurlock and William Jervis. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Lynn; and her children, Carl Jervis, Jr. (Lynn Berreitter), Michael Jervis and Carol Jervis.
