He is survived by: his wife Donna Lee Nash; his daughters, Judy Crowley and Jan Hoffman (Jerry); his stepdaughter Dawn Vaccaro (Daniel); and his siblings, Blaine Markland (Mavis), Jerry Markland (Phyllis), June Wolf, Betty Sams (Jerry) and Patricia Lynch. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
