With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Donald Millican (Sun City Center, Florida), who passed away on December 9, 2018 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Millican and Loleta Millican; and his sister Melinda. He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy, Cathy and Melody; his grandchildren, Candace, Camille, Deanna and Dustin; and his great grandchild Beckett. He is also survived by one niece; two nephews; and many cousins.
