He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilyn Caligiure and Dominic Caligiure; and his brothers, Dominic Caligiure, Joseph Caligiure, Carman Caligiure and Peter Caligiure.

He is survived by: his brothers, Carlton Malone, Rodney Malone and Michael Caligiure (Shellie Malone); his children, Tanja Malone, Christina Malone-Johnson and Jason Fenton; and his grandchildren, Dominique Johnson, Chauntel Johnson, Kayla Fenton and Zoe Malone. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren.
