He was predeceased by: his former wife Barbara. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Steven (Joann), David (Susan) and Caren (Ed); his grandchildren, Erin, Joshua and Caslin; his stepdaughters, Donna (Ted) and Sherry (Ray); and his stepgrandchildren, Becky (Chris) and Ryan (Connie). He is also survived by 12 step great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
