He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicola DeFelice and Teresa DeFelice (Caruso); his former wife Celia DeFelice (Maas); his sons, Nicholas and Ralph DeFelice; his siblings, Alfred DeFelice, Anna O'Toole and Antoinette Chessario; and his sons-in-law, William Marucci and Arthur Mantz.
He is survived by: his wife Linda DeFelice (Crishock); his children, Daniel of Pittsburgh, PA, David of Philadelphia, PA., Carol Ann Marucci of Spartansburg, PA, Sandra Ann Mantz of Riverview, FL and Deborah Ann Valerio (Ken) of Erie, PA.; his daughter-in-law Betty DeFelice of McKean, PA; and his brother-in-law John Crishock of Ypsilanti, MI.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, and one great-great- grandchild.
