She is survived by: her children, Michael, Kathy Sharp, Jackie Quayle, David (Lisa), James (Valerie) and Paul (Erin); and her siblings, Kit (Ted), Jack, Gerry, Maureen, Bob, Tom (Marie), Terry (Carlos), Liz (Gerald) and Greg (Irene).

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Pat's favorite charity, Boy's Town, in her memory.
