Scoggin Sr. of Sun City Center, Florida, born in Ironton, Missouri, who passed away at the age of 75, on August 3, 2023. He was predeceased by: his son Charlie Cagle. He is survived by: his wife Carol Scoggin; his children, Michael W. Scoggin, Jr., David "Larry" Scoggin (Cristina), Mike Cagle, Bill Cagle, Chris Cagle (Lori) and Michelle Scoggin Mabry (Bart); and his brother Danny Scoggin (Heidi). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the VFW.
