He is survived by: his children, Joseph E. Flynn of Framingham, Joanne Allen (Thomas) of Parrish, John Flynn (Nancy) of Bradenton, James Flynn (Ann) of Stoughton and Jean Shirley of Boston; and his great grandchildren, Diana, John, Henry, Cai and Maeve. He is also survived by eight loving grandchildren.
