Though James may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ballard and Audrey Kuhn Ballard; and his son James Michael Ballard. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ballard; and his daughter Stephanie Ballard Turley.
