He was predeceased by: his parents, Muriel Blackburn Gaspar and Manuel E. Gaspar; his wife Irma E. Gaspar; his son Frank Gaspar, Jr.; and his brothers, Robert, Earl, Donald and Kenneth.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dorothy, Raymond and Jacqueline; his children, Dr. Richard Francis Gaspar and Kristen Jean Almand; his children-in-law, Judith M. Gaspar, Tammy Gaspar and Ryan Almand; his grandchildren, Clint Gaspar, Taylor, Trevor, Troy Almand, Sarah Bunch, Emele, Natalee and Manny Gaspar; and his great grandchildren, Cecily Gaspar and Clark Doyle.
