He is survived by: his wife Debra; his sister Jenny Phillips of Anderson, Indiana; and his sons, Jonathan Lester (Onda) of West Lafayette and Jason Lester (Jaime) of Altoona, Iowa. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
