He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Tiemeyer and Freda Tiemeyer; his sisters, Ester and Maxine; and his former wife Alexia Tiemeyer.

He is survived by: his wife Beverly Tiemeyer; his sons, John Tiemeyer of Bremerton, WA and Chris Tiemeyer (Renee Hedrix) of Bremerton, WA.; and his stepdaughter Kathryn Davis (Matt) of Chaska, MN. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
