He is survived by: his wife Norma Leech Smith; his children, Jennifer Ewell, Valerie Flagg and Bradley Smith; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Flagg, Bella Flagg, Laura Ewell and Derek Nicholas; his nephew Timothy Leech; and his nieces, Bronwyn Doyle and Hilary Doyle.
